Research, Planning and Trip Management Fee
This package is designed to provide guidance about where to go and what to experience based on your preferences. It includes booking all components of the trip and managing the trip before, during and after travel.  (Some components may be booked by the traveler, to be discussed in the consultation)
  • ​5 Itinerary Options/Revisions (if we need more than 5, another $250 will be required or opt for the Concierge service)
  • Reduced Deposit with final payment closer to travel dates
  • ​Accessibility during business hours listed on email signature 
  • Suppliers 24/7 phone number for in travel emergencies (different from travel insurance) where applicable
  • Reconfirm hotels prior to travel
  • Manage flight changes and seat requests (on flights booked by Sunlit Travel)
  • Suggest and book add-ons such as excursions and travel insurance
  • App to access all travel documents and downloadable pdf
  • ​Reminders, helpful tips and tricks for travel to your destination
  • Dining Recommendations​
  • Electronic documents
  • Valid for trips deposited within 4 weeks of fee payment​

This service is designed for clients looking for a full service experience. Your vacation will be customized to your taste and refined with your preferences in mind. You will be guided throughout the process, from planning to returning home!

  • ​Reduced Deposit with final payment closer to travel dates and payment plan if requested​
  • Accessibility during business hours and by calendar appointment after hours and weekends
  • Suppliers 24/7 phone number for in travel emergencies (different from travel insurance) where applicable
  • Reconfirm hotel reservations prior to travel
  • Manage flight changes and seat requests (on flights booked with Sunlit Travel)
  • Suggest and/or create excursions, activities, and tours
  • Provide quotes for travel insurance
  • Arrange for assisted devices such as sharps container, accessible room categories, laminated allergy card in foreign languages, etc.

  • City Guides with information specific to the destination (ie: food, adventure, photo, nature)
  • Dining recommendations and reservations made on your behalf
