We did not want to have to worry about anything with regard to planning our trip to Italy, and thanks to Buffy we did not have to! She literally took care of all of the details so that we could just pick up and go. Buffy listened to what it is that we wanted and planned a great trip.

In addition to great price and planning great trips, her customer service is beyond compare. My wife and I were literally stuck in a hurricane and all I had to do was email her. She took care of everything with the airline (after the airport was closed for 2 days, so imagine the rescheduling nightmare) and made what could have been a bad vacation into the best one with us having to do very little. We had originally planned on spending our honeymoon in Italy. After going back and forth a few times brainstorming, Buffy created what looked like an amazing itinerary and trip. Then we decided to completely switch things up and go to Bali instead. Buffy went back to the drawing board and put together the trip of a lifetime. 2 weeks - 3 locations - 4 excursions (all private tours) coordinating every aspect of our trip for us. Everything she picked for us worked out perfectly, from the luxurious resorts down to the quality of transportation and the very very kind tour guides we met along the way We could not be anymore pleased with the trip and will definitely use Buffy for all future traveling. She answered every and any question i had, she was super fast when replying to my emails, and she was genuinely eager to create an amazing itinerary for us. She made sure we worked through any conflicts I had with pricing and scheduling, she was super detailed, and explained everything perfectly. We did not have one single issue when we were in Greece because of how precise she was! I absolutely recommend her to anyone, and I plan on using her services again for our next big adventure. Thank you for everything! We really had a great time and are so happy we decided to do a sandals after meeting with you at one of the bridal shows. It was the perfect combo of relaxing and adventure, of course with luxury touches and romantic touches. Everything was great especially the butler service, the room was beautiful too. Buffy helped us to plan the Honeymoon of our dreams! She was beyond helpful and did everything she could to make the process as stress-free as possible. Buffy accommodated several "special requests" and when my requests ended up causing a headache... she tackled the problem head on and sorted everything out beautifully. Rebecca and I wanted to thank you for all your help with planning the honeymoon. Everything was amazing and we both had an incredible time. Thanks to some very generous gifts, we ended up upgrading to a master suite with butler service so needless to say, our honeymoon was as about as perfect as could be. The Club Mobay addition was a great call, especially for when we first landed in Jamaica. so thank you for that suggestion as well. Most professional we've ever worked with. Had great transport tips to and from airport and seaport, knew the details that were all handled so we had virtually nothing to do. All of the questions promptly answered and attentive. We were difficult as we had last minute changes and Buffy addressed every one without any concerns. Also, a mosquito virus was a threat and we were updated consistently on the possible risks and solutions as they developed. Buffy spent a lot of time researching this situation to keep us safe and appraised.

Everything on the honeymoon, from start to finish, was really great. We have no complaints at all. The hotels were all amazing, the travel accommodations were very easy, and everything flowed very seamlessly from the time we left NY until we returned home. Between the excursions, car rentals, food recommendations and general information, you were a huge help to us and helped make this seemingly daunting task very easy in the end.
