![]() Puerto Rico has been a favorite of tri-state travelers for years, but it was lacking an all-inclusive option... until now. Following a year of record-breaking growth in the Caribbean in 2015, AMResorts has announced that they are opening a Dreams Resort & Spa in Puerto Rico. It will be the first (and only) true all inclusive on the island. As new construction, the 250 rooms are being built in the southwestern coastal town of Guánica. “Puerto Rico’s no passport requirements and rich natural beauty have consistently made the island a popular choice for U.S. travelers. We’re excited to enter a destination that has yet to discover the substantial benefits of the all-inclusive model.” ~ Alex Zozaya, CEO of Apple Leisure Group. Dreams Puerto Rico will be the 15th resort for the award-winning Dreams Resorts & Spas brand. It is scheduled to open October 2018 and will bring the family-friendly brand's signature Unlimited–Luxury concept, where everything is included, to Puerto Rico. Signature program offerings include: limitless à la carte dining with no reservations required, 24-hour room and concierge service, complimentary mini-bars refreshed daily, an unlimited premium beverage program, comprehensive day and nighttime activities, and more—all without wristbands. There will be plenty to do on and off the resort. The Guanica Dry Forest is the largest dry coastal forest region in the world and a UNESCO-designated world biosphere reserve, and it is a mere 20 minutes from the resort. Puerto Rico is known for its rich history, tropical climate, diverse landscape and crystal-clear waters, perfect for swimming, surfing, snorkeling and diving. This new all inclusive resort provides travelers with a fantastic new option in Puerto Rico!
